The financial package is a critical element in the success of a startup company. Indeed, it allows for determining the financing sources necessary to launch the activity and foreseeing the financial needs in the medium and long term. Moreover, an excellent financial set-up guarantees the company's durability by avoiding bankruptcy risks or premature cessation of activity.

 

Cash management is a critical aspect of the financial management of a company. It consists of managing cash optimally, and it implies evaluating the working capital necessary for the operating cycle, that's to say the money available to cover current expenses. This training will enable you to master the techniques required to optimize your cash management and thus improve your company's financial health.

In addition to cash flow management, our training includes the study of financial arrangements as part of developing a business plan. You will learn about the sources of financing and the cash inflows and outflows of the company's current business.

This 6-hour course is designed to meet the needs of entrepreneurs and business managers who wish to understand the financial concepts essential to properly managing their business. The Instructor

Jacques Bertrand

Jacques Bertrand is an associate professor in the Department of Accounting Sciences at the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Doctorate in business administration, Mr. Bertrand is also a member of the Ordre des Comptables Professionnels Agréés du Québec and a regular member of the Laboratoire de Recherche en Information Comptable des Organisations (LaRico). His research work focuses on organizational performance management, risk management, innovation management and governance mechanisms in SMEs.
